The World of Hans Zimmer show returns to Lisbon on May 17th, 2027, at MEO Arena.
With an epic, emotional, visually stunning spectacle and a rich, engaging narrative, The World of Hans Zimmer promises, once again, to be a fascinating and unique experience for the audience. This is a show that promises a journey through the greatest and best works of Hans Zimmer's 40-year career, curated personally by the German composer.
Although Hans Zimmer will not be present on stage, the composer explains, "what distinguishes The World of Hans Zimmer from Hans Zimmer Live is that this show reveals much more of my romantic side, the most romantic pieces I have written. It is also much more focused on the orchestral aspect of my work and the extraordinary soloists with whom I have had the privilege of playing. I wanted to take a step back and grant the musicians total freedom to entertain them and show how brilliant they are."
This concert will be conducted by the multi-Grammy Award-winning Matt Dunkley, alongside outstanding musicians, the Odessa Orchestra & Friends, and the exceptional Nairobi Chamber Choir. Together, they will present new arrangements created exclusively for this production, which blend with visual projections, a powerful sound design, and exciting solo performances.
