WORLD GYM FOR LIFE

In July 2025, more than 3,500 gymnasts from all over the world will gather in Lisbon for the 5th World Gym for Life Challenge.

The World Gym for Life Challenge is a fantastic event for gymnasts of all ages and abilities.
Groups perform choreographed routines of up to 5 minutes with or without apparatus, and can be accompanied by music.

Each group must have at least two gymnasts, with no maximum limit, and the categories are as follows:
 - Gymnastics and dance, small group (20 gymnasts or fewer)
 - Gymnastics and dance, large group (more than 21 gymnasts)
 - Gymnastics with large apparatus, small group (20 gymnasts or fewer)
 - Gymnastics with large apparatus, large group (more than 21 gymnasts)
 
Gold, Silver and Bronze awards are given to the groups in each category, according to the assessment of 4 experts.
The best groups are invited to perform at the World Gym for Life Gala, where the best group is awarded a special trophy in memory of Bruno Grandi, former FIG president.
