SANDY AND JUNIOR ARRIVE IN LISBON IN OCTOBER WITH THE TOUR, “OUR HISTORY”.

The long awaited musical gathering which has been transformed into the tour “Our History”, has become a great absolute success in Brazil, and arrives in Lisbon on October 6th, at Altice Arena, with the presentation of “Everything is new and Live Nation” and having the sponsorship of the “Elo Cards”.

Sandy, currently with a new solo album entitled “Nós, Voz, Eles “(We, Voice, They), being that the 4th, and Junior Lima with a musical electronic project called “Manimal”, where he collects countless musical productions in partnership with major names in the industry, as well as with the programme “Pipocando Música”, cross frontiers together for an international world tour, reaching the United States and Portugal.

“When we had planned this commemorative gathering, we have never imagined the dimension that it would take. Even less, thinking that we would go for overseas tours. We are happy to be back in Portugal, a country that has always received us so well” says Sandy. Junior, adds: “last year I was in Portugal and I have always had the sensation of being at home. Not only because of the language spoken, but by the warm welcome of the Portuguese. It will be incredible to be back here as a duet after 13 years without concerts in Lisbon. I cannot wait to be back. We will have so much fun”

“Within this almost 12-year gap, as a duo, our fans have never stopped asking for one more reunion, even knowing of our individual artistic choices”, explains the multi- instrumentalist Junior Lima, who leads the musical direction of a project side by side to Lucas Lima, musician and producer.

When revisiting the 17- year discography of Sandy & Junior, the public will listen to successes such as: “ Vamo Pulá”, Turu Turu”, “Desperdiçou”, "Inesquecível", "A Lenda", "Não dá Pra Não Pensar", "Love Never Fails", “Quatro Estações” and many other hits will be on the list of this unmissable concert.

“The concept of the “Our History” tour is a timeless one, with a Live Show, latent, pulsating, filled with love and care in each step, each detail. We are not talking about a vintage show, although we have a collection of very rich asleep material that have not been used for years. The public as well as the artists have evolved and the show aim to accompany that. Parallel to it, Sandy and Junior have transcended time. They have created and still create so many memories, aligning them from the past into to the present.
