D.A.M.A., short for “Let Me Clarify your Mind, Friend” in Portuguese, started out as a pop/rap project. Progressively, they have freed themselves of musical restrictions, writing songs that people can identify with and that convey a very positive message.

D.A.M.A. are the big breakthrough act in Portuguese music in the last two years. Their debut album “Por uma questão de princípio” went platinum and has been in the top three positions in the sales charts for 48 weeks running. They currently have over 150 sold-out shows under their belt, performed at auditoriums, discos, academic weeks, municipal celebrations, and others. The singles “Balada do desajeitado”, “Às vezes” and “Luísa” have received millions of hits on YouTube, making the band a national phenomenon.

Their new record “Dá-me um segundo”, released 26th October 2015, includes two big singles, “Não dá” and “Não faço questão”, featuring Brazilian performer Gabriel, O Pensador.
