The King returns to Portugal after 9 years. At his last appearance he sold out the MEO Arena twice.

Roberto Carlos is the most successful Brazilian musician ever. In 2010 he celebrated 50 years of his musical career and 120 million products sold (records, CDs and DVDs). The master of countless hits such as “Detalhes”, “As Baleias”, “Emoções”, “Mulher de 40”, “O Calhambeque”, among many others, the King is still active and offering his fans new songs – such as “Esse Cara Sou Eu” -, which invariably become instant hits.

No other artist could equal the ability to produce and compose huge hits in the way Roberto Carlos has shown he can throughout his career – he has recorded one record each year throughout his entire career, for most of them a second Spanish version and other times an English, French or Italian version. He has performed a special show each year for the past 37 years, a show that is broadcast across the country on Rede Globo de Televisão at the end of the year with broadcasts to other countries, raising his audience to the millions of viewers.
