"Concert for a New Future"
The Hits of the 80’s!

The proceeds from this annual show will go entirely to the Novo Futuro foundation.

The 5th "Concert for a New Future", by the Novo Futuro foundation, will feature Corvos as part of a luxury line-up of the greatest Portuguese hits from the 80's. Including new arrangements prepared especially for this event, the group invites the songs' original performers to give those songs new life.

So, on 9th April, on the stage of the MEO Arena and accompanying Corvos, you will be able to hear some of the most iconic and timeless Portuguese songs, the most successful ones that are now part of our collective memory:

Opening Act: Cuca Roseta will sing in the second part of the show "Por Quem não Esqueci" from Sétima Legião.

The singer Ana Moura will sing another great sucess from the 80's, "Porto Covo" from Rui Veloso.

To compose the final range of the show we will have "Love of Queens" by Jorge Palma that will be heard in the unmistakable timbre of Luisa Sobral.

The first part of the concert will be by Cuca Roseta.

A unique and surprising evening for a concert where all the proceeds will go entirely to help with the maintenance of the institution's foster homes. Music and solidarity come together once more with the noble aim of helping many children and young people, hoping to contribute to a happy and hopeful future.

The Novo Futuro foundation is a charity that supports 74 children and young people who are considered at risk, through their eight foster homes located across Greater Lisbon and Gaia.
